Is there a collector who gives leggings in the Kryta area? - Guild Wars Forums

My character is a level 18 W/R and I have collected the hauberk, gloves and boots (ringmail) in Kryta, but I'd like to get the leggings as well. Does anyone know where they are, what items they collect and where I can get these items from?
